USD 109 has adopted a Test to Stay/Test to Play testing strategy through a grant from KDHE for students whose parents opt-in for them to participate if the student qualifies for a modified quarantine. The testing strategy allows for students if they are opted-in by their parents to stay learning in person and participate in extracurricular activities as long as they test negative (Antigen Rapid Test) each morning and wear a mask while inside the building during the duration of their modified quarantine. Please refer to the attached document for additional information and feel free to complete the document and return to your child's school if would like to opt them in for this opportunity to remain in person learning and participating in the case they become a close contact. Questions may be directed to Mr. Lyder at llyder@usd109.org.
