Dear USD 109 Families, Students and Patrons;

It is the goal of the district to provide enriched curriculum, technology, high quality instruction and extracurricular activities. That is my goal as well! 

I am excited to support a district with strong history and pride! I came to Republic County Schools with 25 years of experience as a teacher, instructional coach, principal, and assistant superintendent in Kansas and Colorado schools. 

Throughout the 2023-2024 school year we worked together as a community and district staff to provide the best learning opportunities for students by building upon strengths, looking for new opportunities, and celebrating achievements. 

I am confident that in the 2024-2025 school year we will continue building on past success while creating new opportunities. This year we will finalize our strategic plan, target instructional practices, continue to help students reach their potential and grow community relationships.
