BREAKFAST: NO SCHOOL – LABOR DAY HOLIDAY
LUNCH: NO SCHOOL – LABOR DAY HOLIDAY

TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 7:
BREAKFAST:
Sausage Patty, Pancake, Syrup, Mandarin Oranges, Milk.
LUNCH:
Turkey Sandwich, Ranch Cut Potatoes, Peas, Pineapple Slices, Milk.

LABOR DAY HOLIDAY
Don’t forget to mark your calendars.  School will not be in session at district school buildings on Monday, September 6th.  The District Office will also be closed.

FALL SPORTS
The fall sports teams get into full swing this coming week.  The girls JV tennis team will begin competition Tuesday, August 31st at Marysville and then on Thursday, September 2 the girls Varsity tennis team goes to Chapman and the JV tennis team goes to Ellsworth. September 2nd the cross country team travels to Concordia and compete at 4:15pm.  Also on September 2nd the volleyball squad will host their first home match against Russell here at the Jr/Sr. High School Gym at 5pm.  The High School football team will start action on September 3 when they go to Washington at 7pm.

The Junior High volleyball and football teams will take to the court and football field on Thursday, September 2nd when they travel to Southeast of Saline.  The volleyball team starts at 4pm and the football team starts at 5pm.

GET OUT and show your support of all the student athletes.

OPEN GYM
The Jr/Sr High School Gym will be open on Sunday afternoons from 1-3 pm for students to work on their volleyball skills.
